Jacob Bradley

Jacob Bradley, M.A.

Jacob Bradley received his B.A. in Psychology, Behavior Analysis from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire in 2012 and his M.A. in Industrial Organizational Behavior Management in 2015. He is interested in performance management, personnel training, and behavioral systems analysis. His professional interests include applying evidence-based applied behavior analysis and organizational behavior management procedures to businesses, athletes and sports organizations.

Eunju Choi

Eunju Choi, M.A.

Eunju Choi completed her B.A. in Film Studies and Psychology and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2015 at Chung Ang University in South Korea. Her professional interests include performance management and job satisfaction. She is particularly interested in investigating the effectiveness of feedback and measuring job satisfaction objectively.

Thomas Ferragut

Thomas Ferragut, B.S.

Thomas Ferragut received his B.S. in Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University in 2016. His research interests include learning, creativity, instructional design, and programmed instruction. He hopes to apply these to designing more effective tutorials in a variety of settings.

Jeremy Goldman

Jeremy Goldman, B.S.

Jeremy received his B.S. in Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University in April 2014, and he was certified as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in December 2014. His interests include behavioral systems analysis, performance management, supply chain management, and lean management in the context of international settings where resources are limited.

Nathan Pastrick

Nathan Pastrick, B.S.

Nathan received his B.S. in Psychology from Ferris State University in 2016. He is interested in learning evidence based techniques that can be used for personnel selection, training employees, and improving/maintaining employee satisfaction as well as learning how to practically apply those techniques in a workplace environment.

Garrett completed a B.S. in Elementary Education and a B.S. in Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2011. He earned his M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management in 2017. His interests include instructional design, mathematics interventions, teacher training, organizational behavior management, performance management, the use and application of the Standard Celeration Chart, and instructional practices such as Precision Teaching and Direct Instruction.

Anna McCalpin, Ph.D.

Anna McCalpin (née Conard) earned her B.S. in psychology, her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management at Western Michigan University. She is currently working as an Instructional Designer with Ardent Learning Inc. Her professional interests include instructional design and workplace training. She is particularly interested in applying the principles of instructional design and behavior analysis to increase fluency and maintain behavior change across time.

Hannah Berc

Hannah Berc, M.A.

Hannah Berc graduated with her Master's in Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management from Western Michigan University in April 2016. She is now at RSM working as an Instructional Designer. Her interests are in performance management with an emphasis in training, development, and instructional design. Prior to attending Western Michigan University, she completed her Bachelor of General Studies in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Kansas.

Raechel Olson

Raechel Olson, M.A.

Raechel Olson completed her B.S. in Psychology at the University of Minnesota Duluth and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2014. She is interested in using behavior analytic principles to improve processes, employee performance, and employee satisfaction in organizational settings. Other professional interests include the development and delivery of employee training to promote competency and improve on the job performance.

She is currently working as a Director of Operations for a small start-up company based in Colorado. Her professional interests include maximizing job performance and satisfaction through behavioral systems analysis, computer-based instruction, and training. 

Karen Converse

Karen Converse, M.A.

Karen Converse received her B.S in Psychology at University of Minnesota Duluth and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2013. She is currently working as a performance improvement Consultant with Fairview Health Services. Her professional interests include analyzing organizational systems to enhance employee performance, promote safety and increase satisfaction using principles of behavior.

Sarah Casella

Sarah Casella received her B.S. in psychology at Florida State University, her M.S. in Organizational Behavior Management at Florida Institute of Technology and her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2012. Her other research interests include behavioral systems analysis, performance management, and behavioral approaches. Currently, she is a Pattern Analyst at BAIR Analytics. Dr. Casella's most recent interests include the application of behavioral principles to crime analysis and crime trends within National Defense and Intelligence Community works.  

Samuel Kallen

Samuel Kallen received his B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2012. His vision is to promote behavior management as a tool for workplace equality and empowerment. His goal is to actively direct career-long employee development informed by an organizational systems analysis approach.

 

 

 

Lab gathering (April 2016)

The lab meets periodically on and off campus to discuss issues related to the conceptual and empirical understanding of behavior analysis applied to the workplace and instructional settings.
